She was predeceased by: her husband David S. Bullard; her parents, Syrus Walker and Ida Mae Avrett Walker; her brother Ralph Lanier Walker; and her daughter-in-law Charlotte Bullard.
She is survived by: her sons, Lanny Bullard (Judy), Drew Bullard and Daryl Bullard; her grandchildren, Jamy "David" Bullard (Jennifer), Sarah Bullard, Walker Bullard (Laurice) and Alice Bullard; her great grandchild Ruby Bullard; and her niece Phyllis Richardson.
