He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Hale Pearson; his mother Essie Pearson; and his siblings, Harvey Pearson, Wesley Pearson, Faye Lampp and Elaine Wells.
He is survived by: his children, Alicia Hohlwein (Howie Kersey) and Michael Key (Janet). He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
