He is survived by: his wife Judy Vandiver Gibson; his daughter Sara Gibson Heard (Damion Lamont Heard, Sr.); his grandchildren, Ivana Lois Heard, Damion Lamont Heard, Jr. and Stephen; and his brothers, Mark Gibson and Andy Gibson.
