She was predeceased by: her husband Jack B. Lightfoot, Sr.; her parents, Orman Leonard Mitchell and Ruby Hazel Bass Mitchell; and her sister Orma Hazel Lawson. She is survived by: her sons, Jack Brantley Lightfoot, Jr. (Rachel) of Ringgold and Derek Lamar Lightfoot (Sheila) of Bethlehem, Georgia.; and her siblings, Melody Schofield of Tiger, Lenny Mitchell of Dacula and Mark Mitchell of Albany, Georgia..
