She was predeceased by: her parents, William Washington Cash and Pearl Turner Cash; her sons, Rusty Dillard and Joey Dillard; her grandson Samuel Tyler Russell; and her siblings, Johnny Vaughan, William R. Cash, Franklin Cash and Kathy L. Pendley.
She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lynn Russell (Dan), Eddie "Bud" Dillard and Charlie Dillard; and her siblings, Eddie Cash, Mary C. Newbern and Jessie K. Cash. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren.
