She was predeceased by: her husband Willard C. Willis; her son-in-law Vernon Tanner; her parents, William Clarence Lockhart and Velma Iona Graham Lockhart; and her siblings, Grady Lockhart, Danny Lockhart, Kenneth Lockhart, Louise Waldrop, Dot Baxter and Amy Kendrick.
She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Tanner of TyTy; her sisters, Gay Lang, Charlene Sanders and Robbie Tippens; and her sisters-in-law, Charlotte Lockhart and Bonnie Lockhart.
