Carolyn Sue Gardner left this world on July 14, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Gardner (Steve Parrish) and Minnie Gardner (Davis); and her siblings, Charles Gardner, Paul Gardner, Robert Gardner, Donald Gardner, Betty Gardner Butler and Sharon Gardner Nicholson.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Parrish (Burnie) and Jill Parrish Cross (Andy); her grandchildren, Caroline Parrish Hammond (Matt), Palmer Parrish, Hunter Cross and Julianna Cross; and her sister Jane Chandler (Alan).
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard (3000 E 3rd St, Bloomington, IN 47401). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
