It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chlouis Williams Allen (Tifton, Georgia), who passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband I. J. Allen, Sr.; her granddaughter Christi Allen; and her parents, Thomas James and Emmaline King Williams (Annie). She is survived by: her stepparent Adelicia Williams; her children, Bubba Allen (Agnes) of Enigma, Susan Anderson (Michael) of Kalamazoo, Steve Allen of Tifton and Patricia Allen (Pat) of Tifton; her brother Floyd Williams (Brenda) of Brisbane, Australia.; and her grandchildren, Brian York (Mandy), Heather Akins (Nate Palmer), Dawn Hall (Brian), Angela Saunders (Greg), Andrew Turner (Amy) and Kenny Allen (Christi). She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to a charity of your choice in her honor.
