Though Chris may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Chris touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by : his parents, William Terry Griner and Annie Laura Bennett Griner. He is survived by : his sons, Cody Griner of Tifton and Alex (Kayla Griner); his grandchildren, Kinsley of Tifton and Avery Griner of Tifton; his brother Craig; his sister-in-law Nicole Griner of Adel, Georgia; and his niece Sara Griner of Adel.

A graveside service was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Woodlawn Memorial Gardens (8879 Val Del Rd, Adel, GA 31620). A burial was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
