She is survived by: her husband James "Jimmy" Phillips; her daughter Kim; her son-in-law Kurt Seigler; her son Dr. Jay Phillips; her grandchildren, Hayden Phillips, Reid Phillips, Skylar Seigler and Brittney Seigler; her great grandchild Brodie Seigler; her brothers, Ray Ward and Donnie Ward; and her sister-in-law Ramona Ward.
