He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Harper and Betty Harper; and his siblings, William "Bimbo" Harper and Paulette Blanchard. He is survived by: his significant other Janet Boyd of Tifton; his stepsons, Paul Boyd (Maggie), Steven Wilmot (Sarah) and Johnny Boyd; his sister Trisha; his brother-in-law Steve Landers of Tifton; his brother Bobby; his sister-in-law Elaine Blanchard of Ocilla; his grandchildren, Maddie, Brieanna, Wesley, Robert, Mae and Levi; and his niece Shannon Cook. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
