She was predeceased by: her parents, James Loran Harnage and Doris Revels Harnage; her sons, Timothy Payne and Keith Payne; and her siblings, Bobby Harnage and Regina Jeanny Harnage.
She is survived by: her son Franklin; her daughter-in-law Barbara Payne; her daughter Faith Payne; and her sister Ethel "Binky" Harnage. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
