He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Folsom of Tifton; his children, Michael Folsom of Adel and Rebecca Folsom of Las Vegas, Nevada; his brother Darrell; his sister-in-law Kim Folsom of Hahira, Georgia; his sister Sherry; his brother-in-law Charles Brannen of Adel; his nieces and nephews, Kasey Register of Adel, Shawn Mullins of Adel, Jordan Altman of Las Vegas, Jared Altman of Las Vegas and Jaden Altman of Las Vegas; his mother-in-law Patricia Miller of Adel; and his siblings-in-law, Mardy and Tommy Altman of Las Vegas. He is also survived by three great nephews and one great niece.
