It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Slack Jr. of Tifton, Georgia, who passed away on June 2, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugene Slack Jr. to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Slack, Sr. and Blanche Willis Slack. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fletcher Slack of Tifton; his son Eugene "Bo" III; his daughter-in-law Mandy Slack of Chula; his daughter Julie; his son-in-law Tim Harper of Chula; and his grandchildren, Brint Danforth, Justin Harper, Cameron Slack and Braxton Slack.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Chapel of Tifton's First Baptist Church (404 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Flowers will be accepted, or memorial gifts may be made to Tifton's First Baptist Church, 404 Love Avenue, Tifton, Ga 31794; and a charity of choice.
