He was predeceased by: his wife Robin Ann Ethridge Phillips; his parents, Idus Jackson Phillips and Ruby Lee Burdett Phillips; his brothers-in-law, George Gorday and Randy Arthur; and his nephew Ronnie Cupp.
He is survived by: his brother David; his sister-in-law Laura Phillips; his sisters, Diane Gorday, Brunell Arthur and Wilda Trepper (Bob); and his nieces and nephews, Clint, Heather Phillips, Brittany, Tyler Luke, Bert, Mica Gorday, Chad, Nikki Gorday, Shannon Cupp, Randal, Lindsey Arthur, Jennifer, Jordan Long, Justin, Carla Trepper, Katrina and Eric Richter. He is also survived by many great nieces and nephews and Willie the dog.
