He is survived by: his wife Glenda Crowley Huggins; his children, Tammy Huggins Byrd, Tracey Huggins Bailey and Chris Huggins; his grandchildren, Emily Huggins (Felipe Rodriguez), Jackson Bailey, Emery Huggins, Kiersten Huggins, Grady Byrd, Harper Huggins and Hudson Huggins; his brother George Blease Huggins, Jr. (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Randall Crowley.
