We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2025, Joan Grantham of Tifton, Georgia, born in Fitzgerald, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maddie Lou Phillips and James P. "JP" Young; her husband Bobby Earl Grantham; her grandson Jason Earl Grantham (JJ); and her siblings, Leon Young, Hubert Young, Melvin Young, Jay Young, Charles Young, Gladys Fussell, Evelyn Smith, May Shinoster and Mildred Wright.
She is survived by: her brother Marvin Young (Lisa Young); her sons, William Earl Grantham (Gaye Grantham), Wendell Lamar Grantham and Bobby Earl Grantham Jr. (Bob); her granddaughter Shauna Hope Grantham; and her great grandchildren, Tatum Mercer Velasquez, Grady Michael Segui, Jaden Drew Grantham and Collins Avery Segui.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Funeral Home (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
