He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sinclair and Greta Revels Sinclair; and his brothers, Dale Allen and Benny Allen. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hall Moore; his son Larry Michael Moore, Jr.; and his brother Wayne Moore (Carol).
