She was predeceased by : her parents, Roy Dillard and Helen Goodman Dillard; her former life partner David C. Turner; her husband Thomas Hand; and her brother Wayne Dillard.
She is survived by : her children, David Phillip Turner of Tifton and Lynn Osborne Young of Tifton; her grandsons, Michael C. (Kayla Smith), Matthew C. (Jasmine Smith) and Chase Turner; and also, Cullen Thomas Smith, Declan James Smith, McKenna Rae Smith and McClaine Isabelle Smith.
