She is survived by: her children, Lisa Carrington Meadows, Carrington Meadows, Andrew Meadows and Alexander Meadows (Chloe); her great grandchild Joel Theodore Meadows; Judy Carrington Johnson (Buddy), Chase Johnson (Cheyenne), Lilah, Jaycee Cruz (Nicholaus) and Wrenlee.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to Saint Anne's Episcopal Church, P. O. Box 889, Tifton, GA, 31793.
