He was predeceased by: his parents, George Shae King and Madge Elizabeth Harris Broward; and his brother William S. King. He is survived by: his wife Martha Wood King of Tifton; his son Michael S. King of Germantown, Maryland; and his granddaughter Olivia Lauren King of New York City. He is also survived by sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
