He is survived by: his wife Gloria Gutierrez of Tifton; his children, Orlando Vega of Tifton, Edgar Vega of Tifton, Jairo Vega of Tifton and Melina; his son-in-law Luis Rodriguez of Tifton; his siblings, Esteban Gutierrez of Mexico and Maricela Gutierrez of Tifton; and his grandchildren, Ana Rodriguez, Jimena Rodriguez, Luis Rodriguez, Christina Rodriguez, Lorenzo Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez, Nicolas Rodriguez and Hanadi Vega.
