She was predeceased by : her father Ernesto Podagrosi; and her brother Victor Podagrosi. She is survived by : her mother Katy Roberts Podagrosi; her husband Walter Jarboe; her children, Gabriel (Jennifer), Steven, Clare and Angela; and her siblings, JoElla Spratt and Andrew Podagrosi. She is also survived by her two grandchildren, her mother.

“Becky and I attended university together in the late 1970's. We spent many hours playing music, and I cherish these memories. She had a lovely charm and gentle spirit, and was also a wonderful support without trying. Her meeting "Wally" and creating a family was also a real pleasure. I am grateful for the time I had with her and the family most recently. She was one of my closest and dearest friends, and I will miss her. My heart goes out to all the family.”
