He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Sammons and Grace Argroves Sammons; and his sister Sharyn Sammons Phillips. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Kristie (Erik Spinks) of Locust Grove and Randall McCord (Ivonne) of Newnan; his great-niece Kendra McCord of Newnan; his great-nephews, Andrew McCord of Newnan and Jake Spinks of Jackson; and his stepsons, Chace Sammons (Lindsey) of Tifton and Tripper Sammons of Tifton.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Tifton.
