He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Ander Wilkinson and Opie Odelle Simmons Wilkinson; his wife Helen Evelyn Dixon Wilkinson; his daughter Barbara Sue Williams; his great grandchild Scott Crosby; and his brothers, Johnny Wilkinson, Cecil Wilkinson and William Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his children, Marcus Wilkinson (Tracy) of Cordele and Wanda Watford (LaDon) of Gray; his grandchildren, Tammy Lundy, Aubrey Newby, Max Wilkinson, Sean Wilkinson, Kimberly Owens and Mayson Watford; his sister Janice Strickland of Ashford, Ala; and his son-in-law Virgil Williams. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
