He was predeceased by: his mother Ouida Faye Cadwell; his father-in-law Harry Brewer; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Hall. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Joy Brewer Cadwell of Tifton; his children, Austin Steve Cadwell of Greensboro and Kayla Grace Cadwell of Tifton; his father Gary Cadwell; his sister Pamela Kay Hall of Tifton; his mother-in-law Norma Brewer; his sisters-in-law, Susan Brinson (Robby) and Sherrie Franks (Ronny); and his aunts, Elaine Peek (Curt), Carolyn Hinson and Jackie Pinkney (Ken).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Bowen- Donaldson (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Liberty Baptist Church (1290 Jacob Hall Rd, Tifton, GA 31794).
