She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Lovett "Jake" and Alvie Gay Howell; her siblings, Jessie Cleghorn of Gordon Howell, J. B, Grace Paulk, Alex Howell, Athlene Howell and Stephen Howell; and her daughter-in-law Mary Evelyn Conger.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Fletcher of Irwin County; her children, Wanda Conger of Irwin County, Pamela C. Barry, Dan of Brookfield, David Conger and Mary Alice Lundy of Chula; her stepchildren, Bobby J. Fletcher, Jr., Charlotte of Fayetteville, James M. Fletcher, Wanda of Perry, Brian A. Fletcher, Barbara of Henderson and Joseph S. Fletcher of Peterburg, Virginia; her grandchildren, John Hampton, Lori, Charles Conger, Christina, Grant Barry, Morgan, Heath Barry and Sam; and her great grandchildren, Stella Hampton and Callie Hampton.
