She was predeceased by: her parents, Jake Phillips and Maggie Spires Phillips; her husband Clifford Taylor; her son Stevie Taylor; her siblings, Herman Phillips, James Phillips, Barney Phillips, Oneida Phillips Jewell, Vernell Phillips Jewell, Lucy Phillips Fowler and Wilma Phillips Chaney; and her son-in-law Raymond Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Jones of Ty Ty, Chris, Julie Taylor of Cairo, Preston and Wendy Taylor of Omega; her grandchildren, Chasity Taylor, Shae Jones, Amber Spivey (Barry), Colby Jones, Macey Moorman, Kellyn Taylor and Alexis Moorman; her great grandchildren, Madison Taylor, Jimi Lee Spivey, Jayna Lyn Spivey and River Murrhee; her great great grandchild Tinsley Walker; her siblings-in-law, Gary and Angie Nell Woodard; and her nephew Hayward (Glenda Fowler).
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
