He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lynn Baxley Chambers; his children, William "Curtis" Chambers, Fred Tyler Smith and Amanda Sue Smith; his siblings, Anita Rowe (James), Kathy Patterson (Russell), Charles Chambers (Teresa), James "Jimmy" Chambers (Pamela), Kavin Chambers (Jennifer) and Claude Chambers; and his grandchildren, Brayden Chambers, Aleah Marie Cox, Bretlin Gage Barnett, Kayden Stiles and Kabella Mae Smith. He is also survived by numerous extended family & friends.
