He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wendell Sullivan and Edith Jones Hyde. He is survived by: his wife Loraine Short Sullivan; his daughters, Holly Simpson (Jamie) and Rebecca Gill (Steve); his grandchildren, Jayce Simpson (Catherine), Annie Lhotka (John) and Katie McKinley (Jake); his great grandchildren, Mary Campbell, Frances Simpson, Charlie, Sloane Lhotka and Kennedy McKinley; his sister Laura Sullivan Barkley; his niece Buff Ramsey; and his caregivers, Christine Palmer and Ashley Davis.
