He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Lamar and Essie Whitworth Lovell. He is survived by: his wife Cathy White Lovell; his caregiver Cathy Lovell; his children, Stefanie Taylor (Dallas) and Zachary Lovell (Ashley); his grandchildren, Stori Taylor, Jensen Lovell, Darcy Lovell and Hayward "Ward" Lovell; and his siblings, Mike Lovell, Kenneth Lovell (Jackie), Don Lovell (Jan) and Harlene Kilby (Deleano). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel. A celebration of life was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel in Clayton, Georgia. A graveside service was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 at the Liberty Cemetery.
