She is survived by: her siblings, Lorena, Claudine, Artis, Bonnie Sue, Geneva, Latrelle, Billy and Sybil; her husband Harold Black; her grandson Casey Smith; her son-in-law Jimmy Milford; her daughters, Vickie Milford of Martin, Teresa Smith (Randy) of Toccoa and Tracy Burt (Mark) of Alabama; her grandchildren, Kelly Whitaker (Josh), Brandi Hallford (Jason), Brystal Bohannon (Josh), Ryan Smith, Jim Milford, Sophie Burt and Whitney Burt; her great grandchildren, Ansley, Austin, Evan, Caroline, Owen, Payson, Adisyn and Rilyn; and her great great grandchildren, Myer and Malone. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at the Franklin Memorial Gardens (9589 GA-59, Lavonia, GA 30553).
