Billy leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Billy’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Edward Stephens and Jacquelyn Darley Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Sherri Ellen Stephens; his stepdaughters, Lizzie Rice (Daniel) and Jessi Allard (Guy); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Joshua, Logan Perry and Lexi Allard.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Pointe Church. A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
