He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Skelton of Toccoa, Tonya of Jackson County and Rusty Hill of Franklin County; and his siblings, Richard Terry Hill of Selmer, Tennessee and Annette Hill Bowles of Commerce. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren.
