She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Eugene Fulghum and Sara Bailey Fulghum; her son Matthew Gragg; her grandson Kyle; and her great grandchild Teagan.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Brock (Scotti) of Toccoa, Kevin Brock (Patty) of Mt. Airy, Karen Fruster (Freddie) of Toccoa, Jennifer Brock of Toccoa, Stephanie Wilbanks (Todd) of Toccoa, Amanda Murray of Toccoa and Miranda Gragg of Toccoa; and her brothers, Jerry Fulghum (Cindy) of Lavonia and Gary Fulghum (Trish) of Carnesville. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Pointe Church (111 Fieldcrest Dr, Eastanollee, GA 30538).
