She is survived by: her children, Mandy Smyth (Danny) of Toccoa, Missy Teal (Scott) of Avon, IN and John Shafer of Mooresville, IN; her grandchildren, Abbey Bruce (Jake), Sydney Carillo (John), Allison Fortenberry (Caleb) and Reilly Teal; and her great grandchildren, Levi Bruce, Graham Fortenberry, Lucy Bruce and Finley Fortenberry.
