He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Julia Barbara Lou Griffin Manley; daughters: Melissa Parker (Raymond), Gail Manley and Elaine Smith (Chester); sons: Namon Manley (Jackie) and Frank Aaron Manley; brother: Johnny Manley (Minnie); parents: Lamar Mack and Maude Louise Cleveland Manley; grandchildren: thirteen grandchildren; great-grandchildren: forty great-grandchildren; other: Reverend Tim Griffin, Reverend Dennis Taylor, Reverend Kenneth Taylor, Jeremy Smith, Jesse Parker, Austin Smith, Shaun Smith, Ryan Smith, Brian Smith and Milton Wall; and four brothers and three sisters.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
