It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary William Loyd of Toccoa, Georgia, born in Gainesville, Georgia, who passed away on October 24, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jim Waymon Loyd, Sr. and Martha Jo Gibbs Loyd; and his sister Deeleen Loyd Hill. He is survived by : his fiancée Jane Estes of Toccoa; his sons, Brandon (Michelle Loyd) and Willis (Ann Loyd); his grandchildren, Preston, Carter and Meadow Loyd; his stepchildren, Rebecca Vanderford, Matthew and Kate Lovell; his stepgrandchildren, Karis, Hannah, West, Mille and Lucy Lovell; his brother Butch; and his sister-in-law Janet Loyd of Gainesville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
