She was predeceased by : her parents, Jack Gettys and Rosa Gettys; her brother Joe Gettys; her former life partner James Hornick; her husband Michael Kotch; her grandson Brian Hornick; her sons, Dennis Hornick, Stephen Hornick and Timothy Hornick; and her great grandchild Hudson Ayers.
She is survived by : her daughters, Barbara Gelvin and Peggy Ayers (Earl); her grandchildren, Jeff Hornick (Emily), Sherry Rae (Todd), Alex Hallford (Linh), Evan Hallford (Carolyn), Erin Reid (Colin), Haley McCurry (Tony), Zachary Ayers (Lindsay), Brooke and Amber Hornick; and her great grandchildren, Andrew, Austin, Emma, Owen, Nick, Grant, Chloe, Lily and Blake.
