He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Dean and Delia Collins Dean; and his wife Sarah Ann Duncan Dean. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Jim Thomas; his grandchildren, Shelley Akerman (Thomas), Joshua Goodbar (Hannah) and Kylie Ware (Austin); his great grandchildren, Annabelle Goodbar, Jonah Goodbar and Beckham Ware; and his brother Dan Dean (Barbara).
