He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford "Junior" Norris and Mable Thacker Norris; and his sister Elaine Norris. He is survived by: his wife Juanita Norris; his daughters, Jennie Norris-Ingram (Dustin) and Karli Norris Cobb (Cale); his grandchildren, Conner Cobb, Gavin Steele, Sawyer Steele and Max Dalton; and his stepdaughters, Cassandra Dalton (Serante Hester) and Sara Steele (David).
