He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Newton Rudeseal and Ellen Weaver Rudeseal; his daughters, Marsha Marcus Nalley and Dawn Duvall; and his siblings, Larry Rudeseal and Elaine Rudeseal Zanko.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Smith of Carnesville; and his siblings, Ronnie Rudeseal, Jessie Rudeseal, Dewayne Rudeseal, Mary Rudeseal Kimbrell and Vicky Crunkleton. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
