He is survived by: his wife Penny Brock Marsingill of Toccoa; his daughters, Heather McDaniel (James) and Jessica Hooks (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Jordyn McDaniel, Christian McDaniel, Makynlie McDaniel, Bentley McDaniel, Annistyn McDaniel, Zaiden Hooks, Azaryiah Hooks, Kyah Hooks and Kingston Hooks; his siblings, Travis, Loretta, Patricia, Cindy, Ethel and Elizabeth; and his sister-in-law Jamie Bergman (Travis).

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 at the Roselane Cemetery (1033 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577).
