The family announces the passing of Julio Vena of Toccoa, Georgia on September 30, 2026. Julio, born on December 20, 1942, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Felipe Vena and Blanca Espinosa of Buenos Aires, Argentina.. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Jacobson Vena; his children, Christopher Vena (Christy) and Jessica Rockwell (Brian); his grandchildren, Brandon Rockwell (Heidi), Jared Rockwell, Catherine Reed (Taylor), Colby Rockwell, Jordan Vena, Isabel Rockwell, Margaret Vena and Emarie Vena; and his brother Jose (Rita). He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the First Alliance Church (220 Alliance Dr, Eastanollee, GA 30538).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the University of Toccoa Falls, supporting an institution that was close to Julios heart and reflective of his lifes work.
