With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kenneth Smith Culpepper of Toccoa, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Hoke Smith and Lina Blanche Ayers Culpepper; his wife Fannie Ruth Sosby Culpepper; his brother Calvin Culpepper; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Culpepper, Jack, Robbie Sosby and Joyce English.
He is survived by: his children, Smitty of Toccoa, Debbie Payne (Kent) of Toccoa and Tim Culpepper (Elaine) of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Cory Payne (Martha) of Maysville, Morgan Adams (Andy) of Atlanta, Megan Loudermilk (Adam) of Baldwin, Amy Howe (Brad) of Toccoa, Carli Jay (Marc) of Winterville, Collin Culpepper (Kristen) of Toccoa, Gracie, Paislee Howe of Toccoa, Cate, Aiden Smith Loudermilk of Baldwin, Addie Brownlee of Winterville, Oakley and Oliver Culpepper of Toccoa; his brother David Culpepper of Carnesville; his sisters-in-law, Amelia Culpepper of Toccoa and Evelyn Sosby of Cornelia; Maddie, Wyatt and Rhett Jenkins of Maysville. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, special friends.
