He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Thomas and Lou Anna Kay Addison; his son Gary Wayne Addison; and his siblings, Opal Addison Wilson (Boyd), Ruveal Addison Moseley (Clarence), Alice Addison Moseley (Bruce), Sue Addison Steele (Ray), Geneva Addison Payne (Frank), Paul Addison (Bonnie Faye Adams), Wintferd Addison (Mable Adams) and Floyd Addison (Beulah Shead).
He is survived by: his wife Leria Catherine Kelley Addison; his son Steven (Steve); his grandchildren, Ginger Addison Fulghum (Bud) of Martin, GA and Lauren Addison of Watkinsville, GA; and his great grandchild Madison Fulghum of Martin, GA. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
