He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Gailey and Brock Gailey of Arizona; his son Tracy E. Gailey; and his sister Frances Donaldson. He is survived by: his daughter Connie; his son-in-law Tom Brown of Cleveland, Georgia; his son David Gailey of Toccoa; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Ferguson and Emily Brown; his great grandchild Everleigh Ferguson; and his siblings, Carrie Norton of Banks County, James Gailey of Banks County and Larry Gailey of Banks County.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Acree-Davis Funeral Home (90 S Pond St, Toccoa, GA 30577).
