He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Means; and his brothers, Larry Means and Wesley Means. He is survived by: his sons, Nicholas Means of Carnesville, Georgia and Dustin Means of Carnesville, Georgia; his brother Ronnie; his sister-in-law Agnes Means of Toccoa; and his nephews, Mark Means and Alan Means.
