He is survived by: his wife Desiree Holland Moyer; his daughter Ava Rose Moyer; his parents, Pamela Contreras and Salvador Contreras; his brother Andrew Scott; his sister-in-law Ashley Moyer; his sisters, Nicole Lee Adams and Erica Collins; his siblings' children, Alyssa Moyer, Arianna Moyer, John Adams, Nancy Grace Adams, Hunter Collins, Calee Collins and Owen Sims; and his aunt Judy Moyer. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
