She was predeceased by: her father Albert; her former husband Carl Turner; her husband Lynn Cawthon; her former husband Noah Westmoreland; her children, Darlene Tutterow, Marlene Roberts and Mark; her daughter-in-law Sandra Cawthon; her granddaughter April Hayes (Mark); and her siblings, Elmer Looney, Roy Looney, Tommy Looney, Sarah Lee and Catherine Blackwell.
She is survived by: her son Von Westmoreland (Wendy) of Martin; and her niece Martha Norris.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Whitlock Mortuary, Inc. (120 Rose Ln, Toccoa, GA 30577). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Mullins Ford Baptist Church Cemetery (2565 Brookhaven Cir, Martin, GA 30557).
